How to Fix – Missing Memory on HDD, USB, SSD Drive

Often it happens that on HDD, USB, SSD Drive suddenly miss the memory and that drive isn’t full. It happens that on USB form 32 GB shows just 16 GB other 16 GB just disappear. Here is one solution which can fix the problem.

Step 1: Search for CMD

On operating system, Windows go to START and search for CMD ( Command Prompt ), then write DISKPART then a new window will be opened.

Step 2: Search for disk

Now when the new window is open you need to write – list disk – , and then the list with disks will show up, then you need to write – select disk – ( your disk number ex. 1,2,3,4 ). and press Enter.

Step 3: Clean the disk

When you select the disk you need to write – clean – and press Enter, then you need to write – create partition primary – and press Enter, then write – select partition – ( your partition number ) and press Enter.

Step 4: Activate partition

When all is done you need to write – active – and press Enter, then you need to go and Format your USB, HDD or SSD, and now you have full memory of your USB, HDD or SSD.
